Life Insurance – VOYA

Voya Financial: Life insurance of two (2) times your salary or $50,000 (employee’s choice) is provided by the Board. Employees may purchase life insurance of $5,000 for their spouse and $2,500 for each dependent child at a cost of $1.50 per month.
